Phidgets
At least one Phidget 0/16/16 is required for the basic functionality of HHS. To indicate that only one Phidget is to be used, check the Use only 0/16/16 Phidget check box. If environment, pH and EC control is to be used, an additional Phidget, either an 8/8/8 or SBC is required. The device to be used can be selected by clicking the appropriate radio button in the ”Analog device” box. The Phidgets can be attached locally or to a networked PC. For locally attached Phidgets, enter the serial numbers only or in the case of and SBC, the ServerID and Password. For network attached Phidgets, enter the IP address. For networked PCs, the Phidget Web Service must also be installed and running on both the host and remote PC. To test if a Phidget is accessible, click on the associated ”Test Connect” button.
